CONSENT & INTAKE FORMS
All required intake and consent forms will be emailed to clients before their appointment. These forms must be completed in advance to ensure a smooth check-in process. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact us.
CANCELLATIONS
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a $50 fee. Same-day cancellations and missed appointments will also incur a $50 charge.
LATE ARRIVALS
To ensure timely service for all clients, appointments must begin and end as scheduled. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show and charged a $50 fee. When possible, we will accommodate your service within the remaining time, but some treatments may require rescheduling.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept cash (exact change), Interac EMT, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Debit and credit card payments are subject to a 6% processing fee plus tax. In-house and third-party financing options are available for select treatments.
GRATUITIES
Gratuities are not included in any service or package and are left to your discretion.
AGE REQUIREMENT
Clients must be 18 or older to receive any treatment.
PROMOTIONS
Promotions are subject to change without notice. Offers shared via email, Instagram, TikTok, or other social media may also change, and expiration dates may vary. Proof of promotion is required for redemption. Only one promotion can be applied per transaction; multiple promotions cannot be combined.
VALUABLES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items and recommend leaving valuables at home.
GIFT CARDS
We offer both online and physical gift cards. While we maintain a record of all gift card purchases, please bring your physical gift card to your appointment.Please note, gift cards, treatments, pre-purchased services, and monthly promotions are non-refundable.
TREATMENT PACKAGE POLICY
To maintain the effectiveness of your treatment, sessions within a package must be scheduled 1 to 2 months apart. Packages are non-transferable and must be used by the same person. If sessions are not booked within this timeframe, the package will be forfeited.
REFUND POLICY
At SKINFITZ, we are dedicated to offering top-quality treatments and product recommendations. Please be aware that we do not provide refunds for products or services. If a product is damaged upon delivery, please notify us on the day you receive it, and we will address the matter as quickly as possible. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for trusting SKINFITZ with your skincare needs.
